We had a very lovely stay in London adjacent to the red buses. Staff was kind all around. Beds were comfy, everything was really good. Loved private bathroom. A fully furnished kitchen was such a bonus. Favourable and excellent location for the town in the centre of everything. Walked in 5 minutes to Caffe Concerto that serves coffee and treats.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything - so close to the theatre district, literally across the road from the Gielgud Theatre. The apartment was spacious and bright, with a brand new kitchen that had everything we needed. It was so convenient to be able to cook our own meals and have a Tesco Extra just five minutes away. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were professional and extremely helpful.

One downside of this hotel is that the elevator can be quite small, making it difficult for guests with a lot of luggage to transport it to their rooms.

We also appreciated the big windows that could be opened, bringing in fresh air and great lighting. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. the instructions were clear and everything was clean and stylish.
